Youth Homelessness Rises in Sonoma County

Youth homelessness has risen by over 61% in the last 2 years. While family homelessness has decreased (read more in the Press Democrat here) young adults are having a harder and harder time finding affordable housing and jobs. Overall, 1 in 4 homeless people in Sonoma County is under 25 years old. That’s 1,128 kids sleeping outside in Sonoma County each night.
