SAY’s Elizabeth Goldman is Stepping Up as Our Chief Program Officer

We are excited to announce that with Chief Operations Officer, Katrina Thurman, stepping into a new role as CEO for SAY beginning on March 1, our very own Elizabeth Goldman, will be taking over for Katrina with a new title of Chief Program Officer for SAY. Elizabeth has worked for SAY for 26 years, serving first as a Youth and Family Therapist, and most recently as the Director of Counseling for our agency. She brings dedication, passion, a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and unending curiosity and enthusiasm to her new role.

As Chief Program Officer, Elizabeth will oversee SAY’s core services of housing, counseling and career programs. Last year, SAY helped 7,777 youth across Sonoma County through housing, counseling and career services. In partnership with Katrina Thurman as CEO, a dedicated Board of Directors, and a vibrant team of more than 150 professionals, Elizabeth will work to ensure the success of SAY’s programs and services for youth in our community.

With all of the changes in the greater world, data and proven interventions are needed now more than ever to prepare youth to achieve their full potential. Elizabeth’s expertise and passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for our youth will help ensure that SAY is able to do this work and have a lasting impact for the youth who need it the most.
