Career Pathways Planning & Case Management

SAY provides a youth-centered, holistic approach to work readiness training for youth ages 14-24. Career Services staff at SAY offer personalized 1:1 career coaching and support to remove potential barriers to employment and education opportunities. We provide job retention coaching, career exploration and work readiness training.

SAY connects youth to resources and help build a community of support which may include:
