Our therapists engage youth and families by establishing a strong connection and drawing upon techniques from multiple types of therapy, including cognitive behavioral, play, art, and sand tray therapy, as well as trauma-informed therapy and motivational interviewing. These techniques help the therapist, client, and family work together to solve problems, get along better, and stay out of trouble.
These services are offered to youth ages 5-25 and their families who have Medi-Cal or are referred by Family Youth and Children Prevention Services, Sonoma County Juvenile Probation, and Seneca Family Permanence Collaborative.
