Ted Patchet is a Partner, Senior Client Manager at Mercer, a global professional services firm redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being. He has expertise in strategic business planning and has led clients through a wide variety of projects across the HR landscape over the past 24 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Master of Arts in Sports and Fitness Management from the University of San Francisco.
Ted lives in Petaluma with his wife Patience and their two teenage sons, Gavin and Colin. He is the Secretary for the Northern California Chapter of US Lacrosse. Other organizations that Ted has served previously include Petaluma Youth Lacrosse, the Marin Cricket Club, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts-Rhode Island and Boys Scout of America. In his down time, Ted enjoys playing golf, walking the four family dogs and relaxing with his family.

Clay Bilby is an Investor Relations Officer. He has worked as an IRO at Palo Alto Networks and Keysight Technologies. Other prior employers include Agilent Technologies and Hewlett Packard. Clay was also an adjunct professor at Sonoma State University teaching the Financial Statements Analysis course in the Executive MBA program. Education includes a BSEE from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the California State University (Sonoma State University). Clay serves on several non-profit boards and enjoys distance tandem biking with his wife.

After a 32+ years in the business world, 26 of which in management and executive leadership at Redwood Credit Union, Cynthia Negri is now retired. She is enjoying Sonoma County and many other endeavors and travels.
Peggy Clark

Peggy Clark is the Chief Nurse Executive at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. She has been a registered nurse for over 20 years, earning her BSN from the University of Washington. She holds an MBA from Seattle University and is certified in both Healthcare Risk Management as well as Healthcare Quality. Peggy lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and daughter. She is a member of the Sonoma County Beekeepers Association and spends her free time enjoying nature in one of the many beautiful parks in Sonoma County or in her garden, playing with the bees.

Greg Hancock was born and raised in the North Bay and is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Poppy Bank specializing in Construction and Commercial Real Estate Financing. Greg has more than 16 years of experience working at community banks. He is a graduate of Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo and resides in Santa Rosa with his wife and son. Outside of work, Greg enjoys walking his German Shepard and practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Matt Brewer was born and raised in Sonoma County, and graduated from Sonoma State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Matt is a certified public accountant and is a partner at Pisenti & Brinker LLP. Matt provides corporate, partnership and individual tax planning and compliance services. Matt married the love of his life, Chloe, in 2010. When he is not working and volunteering, he keeps busy raising his three children.

Jack has been the lead attorney on numerous cases from the initial filing of a lawsuit through settlement, mediation, and jury trial. Jack attended college at the University of Colorado and law school at the University of San Francisco. Jack also serves on the board of directors for the Sonoma County Bar Association and Legal Aid of Sonoma County. In 2023, Jack was awarded North Bay Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 honor. He is also a member of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber’s Leadership Santa Rosa Program, Class 39. In his free time, Jack enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his wife and two young sons.

Mark Stapp is a Director of Development at Sonoma State University, where he assists with resource development and community engagement. Mark’s work experience also includes roles at the San Francisco Zoo, Paradigm HealthCare Services, and Logistics.com. In addition to serving on SAY’s board, Mark currently serves on Santa Rosa’s Measure O committee, the Sonoma County Farm Bureau Foundation board, and the board of the World Affairs Council of Sonoma County. Mark earned a B.A. in Religion from Williams College and a Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Chicago. Mark and his wife, Viviann, live up the street from the Dream Center and enjoy walks in Annadel.

Jennifer Stark is a Product Manager at Keysight Technologies. She has 25 years of experience in technical marketing and product management with Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and Keysight Technologies. Jennifer is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a B.S. in Mathematics and a member of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber LSR Class 35. Jennifer lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and two sons. When she is not working, Jennifer can be found spending time with her family, hiking trails in regional parks all over Sonoma County and savoring fresh produce from her garden.
